I had a tree fall against my house and I called Big Fish Little Fish Tree Service on the recommendation of a friend. The owner(W A Fish) came that day and looked to see what damage had been done. He said that everything was stable and he’d be there the next morning to get the tree off of the house. He was there bright and early and got everything taken care of. While he was there we discussed doing some major tree and yard work that I wished done. He did everything I asked of him and more. He and his crew took cut down and trimmed numerous trees, cleared out and cut overgrown hedges & shrubs, trimmed crepe myrtles back and did a make over of my yard. I am happy with all the work that was done and would recommend him. I would use him again if I need more work done. ~ Paula B

I messaged on the website on a Saturday afternoon, and I got a phone call less than two hours later. The owner dropped by after church the next day, looked at the work I needed done, and gave me an estimate. Although I was not at home on Monday, his crew came out and completed the work perfectly! If not for a little sawdust, you would never have known the trees had been removed. I received a follow-up call on Tuesday to ensure that everything had been done satisfactorily. Less than 48 hours from my original contact until the work was complete. I've used this company once before, and I won't hesitate to call again when the need arises. ~ Pamela B

The Big Fish and Lil’ Fish Tree Service did an amazing job clearing out our yard of old growth knotty pines, several approaching 80-85 feet, we had inherited when we bought our home. Mixed in with power lines, threatening so close to our house, they operated with surgical precision to remove the threat and return the property to a civilized neighborhood homesite. We are so happy with the results, their cleanup was awesome , we couldn’t be happier. If you need any help removing any overgrown vegetation or trees, give them a call for an estimate. We had several large, unhealthy trees close to our house that caused us worry every hurricane season. It was past time for them to go. Big Fish & Little Fish were recommended by neighbors to do the work. WA came out, made recommendations, explained the process and gave us a quote. We’re very happy with the work they did. They were prompt, professional, very respectful of our property, and all with a very fair price. Their cleanup when the job was complete was thorough and much appreciated. We cannot recommend them highly enough. If you have worrisome trees that need to be trimmed or removed, they're the guys to call. ~ Rob F

W. A. & his guys were very quick, efficient, & professional. They pulled down 2 trees that were in a precarious position with no problems. They also cleaned the yard back up to the point that they only way you can tell they were there is the missing trees. One thing that was also very important to me is how courteous they were. The foreman made sure no one used any offensive language around us. That was a huge relief because several months ago, one of my neighbors hired a different company to do some work in their yard. That company's employees were cursing and fighting so much. At one point, it was so bad I had my kids come inside. One of the days, 2 guys actually walked off the job site and just started walking away. So the courteousness of W.A. & his men was a breath of fresh air. I have used Big Fish & Little Fish Tree Service on two separate occasions. The first time was in June 2024 to remove thirteen trees in total. Four of the trees were very large - three were located next to a privacy fence, the fourth was next to a decorative retaining wall. Six of the remaining trees were located next to the house. All of the trees were successfully removed without incident. The crew took extra care not to damage my yard or the landscaping during the process. The second time was just this week (August 2024) when they removed a large oak tree that was unexpectedly eroded by Hurricane Debby and began leaning towards my house. The tree especially difficult to access because it was behind a large shed and next to an eroded creek ledge. Again, Big Fish & Little Fish Tree Service removed the tree without incident. Big Fish & Little Fish Tree service is capable and dependable; most importantly, they do what they say they will do, when they say they will do it! ~ Terry B

We liked doing business with Big Fish Little Fish Tree Service because they are reliable, trustworthy, and have Christian values. We had a double tree taken down that over hung our driveway. We needed to make sure the driveway was not damaged during the process. We appreciated the way the tree was taken down piece by piece and especially that the tree stump was dug up instead of being grinded. They came in and removed 3 problematic trees for us and stacked them out of the way for us so we can take care of them in our own time. Price was ok and all the equipment they brought was just some chainsaws, ropes, and a front end loader and they had the trees down in about 5 or 6 hours and did it with such skill and precision that other companies said it would require bucket lifts and other such equipment or were just to afraid to due to the confines of the our yard and the placement of the trees. Probably might have them come back out for some other trees in the future. ~ Truman P

Mr. Fish and his crew were working at my neighbors and we started a conversation about tree services that needed to be done in my yard and after talking with him for a few minutes we were convinced to give him our business. Before I knew it, five pine trees were down, oak tree was trimmed up nicely and yard pretty well cleaned up! Had the best experience with Big Fish Little Fish tree and lawn service. Very professional!! Had 2 huge cedar tress that had been damages due to a storm. I called on Tuesday to see if they could come and give me an estimate WA was here on Wednesday gave us his estimate and was back on Thursday to take the two trees down. I would highly recommend them if you have any trees that need to be removed or any type of cleanup These are the people to call. His crew were all very professional and courteous. I can't say enough nice things about this company. We asked to have a tree trimmed and the brush left, changed it in the middle to having them take the tree brush with them. Not only was this company ok with the change, they were beyond responsive. They were on time, professional, responsive, and acted like the changes were no big deal. Excellent tree service! We are prepping our property for a new manufactured home this fall and Big Fish Little Fish removed a HUGE oak tree right next to our house. Fascinating process watching that beast come down. The team was on time, hard working, professional and made sure our yard was cleaned up as they were taking it down and when they were done. I would definitely recommend. They did a wonderful job removing 2 sets of trees really close to my house and septic tank. They were respectful of my property and understood the urgency of getting the job done quickly due to upcoming weather. They even moved the cut trees to the other side of my property for me to burn and I really appreciated that. It was a tough decision...to keep the two big oaks that were great shade from the late day sun and keep risking the fact that they were way too close to our house (one was even leaning that way) or take them down. Every storm that came through, whether pop-up thunderstorms or named, we held our breath. Last year we had a tornado come through and said we were done pushing our luck...down they should come! The best and easiest part of this decision was choosing BIG FISH & LITTLE FISH TREE AND LAWN SERVICE, LLC to safely and efficiently remove the trees. They are such a pleasure to work with and the crew is professional and courteous. It was a blessing to deal with Mr. W.A. Fish and his men. The work was done safely but quickly and our property was left surprisingly clean ... even the stump grinding the following day was above and beyond a job well done. It was a plus to know I was doing business with a Christian businessman who treated us most fairly in all aspects. We just moved in to a new home and the yard was terrible. I called a lot of lawn maintenance places and no one answered or called back. Big Fish answered the phone, came out and gave us a quote and 2 days later he was here cleaning up the yard and taking down trees. It was fantastic work and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our call was promptly returned and we received a very fair estimate within 24 hours. They were contracted to remove a Sycamore tree that had started undermining the foundation of our home with its expanding root system. They did a great thorough cleanup as his stump grinding guys also exceeded our expectations making sure the stump was completely removed and the hole was properly filled and manicured. I had these guys cut down several trees and had another canopy-topped getting ready for the storm season. They also brought their own stump grinder and a chipper which enabled them to grind large limbs as well. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. ~ Cindy B

We hired Big Fish & Little Fish to install 24 trees along our driveway. W.A was instrumental in helping find the best nursery and the right trees. He and his crew were quick, professional and neat. Big Fish & Little Fish was hired to take out a pine tree that fell into my neighbors oak tree in his yard. They were professional and worked without delay.
